Stephen G. Solomon
President
Steve is a commercial and real estate attorney with Solomon & Collins, P.A. He was a member of the firm Derryberry, Quigley, Solomon & Naifeh in Oklahoma City from 1986 until 2006. He previously served as counsel to construction, architectural and engineering firms. He is experienced in all phases of real estate, municipal law and commercial law, including mineral law. He served 14 years as a Director and member of the loan committee of a national bank. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Business School and earned a JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Patrick T. Malone
Vice President & Marketing Director
Patrick joins Trustmark Title with 20 years experience in the management, training and marketing of title insurance agencies.
He started with his familys' company in Wichita, Kansas and since 1999, has held management and marketing positions in Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Direct Operations in Kansas City and Columbus, Ohio. Recently, Patrick was the Business Development Representative for a national 1031 exchange company in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Patrick is an approved Continuing Education Instructor for real estate and title insurance professionals and has given presentations on leadership, management, business development and 1031 exchange topics for the last 15 years.

Thomas F. Collins, III, Esq.
General Counsel/Title Examiner
Thomas is General Counsel for Trustmark Title. As General Counsel, Mr. Collins is primarily responsible for commercial and residential title examinations and addressing any curative issues that may arise as a result of his examinations. Mr. Collins is a real estate attorney experienced in representing purchasers, sellers, lenders and developers with all aspects of their real estate transaction, including, but not limited to document preparation, addressing survey and zoning issues, and providing guidance with respect to state and municipal regulations.
Thomas received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Currently, Mr. Collins is licensed to practice law before the Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma as well as all Oklahoma State Courts and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Pamela Craig-Hartley
Managing Escrow Officer
Pam coordinates all commercial and residential transactions. She has over 20 years in the legal field and provides legal support for title commitments generated by our attorneys. Pam also has experience in complex commercial transactions, document preparation, UCC and lender documents. Amy Jones
Escrow Officer
Amy's career in the real estate industry includes residential and commercial closings. She founded Elite Title and Closing Company in Oklahoma in 2004. She joined Trustmark Title in 2008 and oversees residential closings in both Oklahoma City and Edmond. She has worked almost every aspect of the industry from order entry to a closing. She prides herself in the knowledge of commercial transactions as well as residential and has the attitude of making sure the customer knows that they are the only one that matters.
